On May 20 1998 , Dalian FTZ Lucky Wealth  Industry & Trade Co.,Ltd. established in Free Trade Zone ,Dalian . Our business includes chemical import and export , customized product , domestic trading , inventory sales and so on … After more than 15 years , our business was developed rapidly . In 2015 , the trade volume reached 3500 million US dollars .

In 2002 , Shanghai branch –Shanghai Re-found Chemical Co., Ltd. is established .Then in 2008 and 2012 , built factories in Yancheng ,Jiangsu province and Wuqiao , Hebei province by joint venture ,mainly produce intermediates for agro chemicals and Optical Brighteners . The product sold overseas .  We also obtained the sole agency for some products.

At present , there are 12 people in Dalian head office , all are University degree or above , and chemical related major .There are 3 people in Shanghai office .Now Japan branch is open .
